how to cook special fried rice
special fried rice :
- 1 boiled chicken thigh, top and bottom, shred the chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 150 g shrimp without shell
- 5 beef meatballs, cut into pieces
- 5 fish balls, cut into pieces
- 500 g of white rice
- 2 tbsp Bango sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp fried onions for sprinkling
- 3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
Coarse Ground Spices
- 1 tsp shrimp paste, grilled
- 3 large red chilies
- 3 curly red chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 red onions
Complementary Material
- 3 scrambled eggs
How to cook:
Heat the oil. Saute coarsely ground spices until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan. Enter the eggs. Stir until crumbly.
Add chicken, shrimp, meatballs. Stir well. Add white rice. Stir it around. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir until cooked.
Add spring onions. Stir well. Serve with fried eggs and a sprinkling of fried shallots.
